Institutional Trust Services B.V. (ITS), a Dutch provider of financial administration and reporting services, is implementing the advanced SaaS-based consolidated reporting and controlling solution from German wealth tech provider QPLIX GmbH.
Family offices, insurers and pension funds outsource investment administration and reporting activities to ITS, which has been known for its regulatory reporting services for more than 20 years now. With QPLIX, ITS will further improve its service levels and expand its investment, accounting and reporting offering by leveraging state-of-the-art technology and digital capabilities.

The QPLIX software consolidates, reconciles, and digitalises data on all types of liquid and illiquid assets. It maps complex ownership structures and enables management of investment guidelines on a large scale. Furthermore, it enriches asset data with market data and ratings. Transaction data and documents from custodian and bank accounts are updated in near real-time via QPLIX's banking API network or via SWIFT. Data on non-bankable assets such as private equity, direct holdings, real estate, loans or collectibles are also managed in a standardised and structured manner.
